Custom Orders The first quote on a custom project is free, and the price remains valid for six months. After six months the project will have to be requoted, at a cost of $25/hour, two hour minimum. If the project is ordered within six months, the next quote will be free, and so on.... Payment for custom orders must be made in full before custom orders are begun. Credit cards, personal checks, money orders are accepted, and if necessary, a six month payment schedule may be arranged. The first payments are used to purchase materials. If, for any reason the project is cancelled, the amount paid less the cost of the materials will be refunded. Custom Accessory orders, and orders that do not require a fitting garment may be shipped in a month or less from full payment. Elaborate, close fitting orders will be shipped within 60 days of receipt of the altered fitting garment. Rush orders require a 20% surcharge and are available if scheduling permits. Every effort is made to satisfy our customers, but because some projects are close fitting, we may not be able to grant refunds. We will alter finished garments up to two times to make sure our customers are happy with their orders.
